Bonjour Paris!

Notre Dame Exact Replica of Notre Dame to Scale The Louvre

I’ve wanted to to go to Paris since I took my first French class in high school! I originally wanted to study abroad in Paris, but due to everything going on in the world right now, I ended up in Italy! But no complaints here! Once it was time to plan for spring break I knew I’d be going to Paris! My time here was short, but I am already planning  my trip back in the coming years!!

Of course I had to see the Eiffel Tower! Three of us took a walk here and just sat in the park underneath admiring the amazing structure! I could have just sat here all day! We also took a trip to the Notre Dame! Time was crunched since we only had two days and slept in kinda late today! Oops! But that’s what happens when you’re studying abroad! Constant exhaustion!

The day before we spent the entire day at the Louvre! It’s home to nearly 35,000 object! The Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo and The Great Sphinx of Tanis, to name a few of iconic pieces on display! We didn’t get to see the whole museum due to its large size and being separated from the group!

After giving up on looking for the rest of our group, three of us took a walk to see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night! It was absolutely gorgeous! Especially when they twinkle the lights!

My time here wasn’t long enough by far, but I plan to be back, and hopefully when the world is more peaceful!
